Consent to Waiver

Severability
If any provision of this Waiver Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
This Waiver Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify this Waiver Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website, and continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
